Program description

Better Route Moving & Storage operates an SMS program to send you replies to your quote requests and inquiries, walkthrough and move-day confirmations and reminders, updates about your move, review requests after your move, and occasional promotional offers related to our services.

How to opt in

You consent to receive text messages from Better Route Moving & Storage by checking an SMS consent box on our website quote form, by texting us first, or by asking us during a phone call to text you. Our form carries two separate, optional, unchecked boxes: one for messages about your move (replies to your inquiry, walkthrough and move-day confirmations and reminders) and a second, never required, for marketing and promotional messages. Checking one does not check the other.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may use our services without agreeing to receive texts.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive messages in response to your inquiries, before and after scheduled appointments, and periodically about our services.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Better Route Moving & Storage does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us at any time. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Mobile information collected for SMS purposes is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Information may be shared with service providers who help us operate our messaging program, and those providers may not use it for any other purpose.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
